Disney Animated and Cranium Big Brain: Detective Game Received Nominations for Game of the Year and STEAM Game of the Year Respectively
Today, the Toy Association announced that innovative tabletop games developer Funko Games earned Toy of The Year (TOTY) Award nominations for two of their most popular games released earlier this year – Disney Animated and Cranium Big Brain: Detective Game. The announcement signals the fifth consecutive year that Funko Games’ products have earned nominations and the seventh year for Prospero Hall as a whole. The TOTY Awards are the most prominent honor to achieve in the toy and collectibles industry – a perfect fit for Funko Games’ products.

Both games are tied to extensive campaigns that Funko Games have been involved with this year. Disney Animated was released earlier this year as part of Disney’s 100-year anniversary celebration and has since enthralled gamers and Disney fans, letting players be a part of the magic behind the franchise and rightfully earning it a Game of the Year nomination. Cranium Big Brain: Detective Game, under license by leading toy and game company Hasbro and nominated for STEAM Game of the Year, serves as a notable game from the Cranium game collection released to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the game.
